Hot Holiday Gadgets

Hot Holiday Gadgets
By Roy Mesker

I love electronic gadgets of all kinds. I am the guy who gets a new cell phone every 18 months when there is nothing wrong with my old one.

Here are some the coolest electronic gizmos and gadgets for the tech head on your holiday shopping list.

Kodak EasyShare Digital Picture Frames: For Viewing of Pictures and Videos with a wide range of size and features. It wirelessly downloads pictures, video and mp3s from your PC or from Kodak Share from anywhere in the world. The frame comes in a number of colors and styles.

Plantronics Voyager 520 – Bluetooth mobile headset is not only innovative with the highest quality audio but is also lightweight and comfortable. You can use two Bluetooth phones and easily switch between the two.

Wi-Fi Detector Shirt – This gift can really put a smile on your tech head’s face. Not only technology, but also fashion! Like the name states, a glowing animated shirt displays the current Wi-Fi signal strength available. Machine washable – well after you disassemble it.

Amazon Kindle –This is a great portable reading device if you can still find one available. With the ability to wirelessly download books, blogs, magazines, and newspapers this is a really hot item this season.

Microsoft Xbox 360 Platinum System and the Nintendo Wii – You can’t go wrong with either the Xbox 360 Platinum or the Nintendo Wii. You can find these 2 great gaming platforms in almost any electronics store, however they can be in short supply this time of year.

SmartShopper Grocery List Assistant – Not your everyday grocery list. This speech-recognition gadget not only records your grocery items, but also organizes the list into categories. You receive a neat and complete grocery list.

Qingbar GP300 - Enjoy a cinema screen of video through a pair of glasses, and hi-fi audio through high quality earphones in one tiny device eliminating the distraction of wires. It is totally hands free, mobile and private.

These items made my short list, so maybe they’ll help you find the right gadget or gizmo for the tech head in your life.
